Vendor spaces are limited and available on a first-paid, approved basis. Full payment is required to reserve a vendor space, and vendor fees are nonrefundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer or the application is not approved. One 6-foot table and two chairs will be provided. Vendors are responsible for their own signage, displays, payment-processing equipment, promotional materials, and extension cords. Products, services, displays, and promotional materials must align with the faith-centered values and professional audience of Faith in the Marketplace Live. Vendors may only promote or sell what is listed in their approved application. Gift-bag materials must be delivered by the organizer’s deadline. Vendors are responsible for securing products, money, equipment, and belongings. Setup, arrival, parking, and breakdown instructions will be emailed before the event. The organizer reserves the right to decline or remove a vendor whose products, conduct, or presentation does not align with the event guidelines.

Does selecting a package guarantee approval?

No. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Every vendor is reviewed for fit before a payment link is released.

Will electricity and Wi-Fi be available?

Please note your electrical needs in the form. Setup, Wi-Fi, arrival, parking, and breakdown guidance will be sent before the event.
